Questions people actually ask
How do I cancel?
In your Apple or Google subscription settings, any time. Cancel before the trial's last day and you're charged nothing. Aura can't cancel a store subscription for you, but support will walk you through it.
Does Plus carry across devices?
Yes, on the same platform account, and across iOS and Android if you subscribe through your Aura account rather than the store.
Do the texts cost anything?
Aura charges nothing for them. Your carrier's message and data rates apply. Up to 8 messages a month; reply STOP to end. See the SMS Mobile Terms.
Is there a hardship rate?
Yes. Write to support@auraapp.com and ask; we don't require proof of anything difficult.
Get it on either store
Prices in US dollars and may vary by region and store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase and within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
